I can say that I have the ability to embrace change. Way back in my previous job, I was able to practiced this skill because there has been changes that happened from ---------- . Since I wanted to stay in that company I've trained myself to be flexible and be prepared to the possible change/s that might happen. Specially working in the Bpo company, changes will occur sooner or later.

I can say that I have Strong Work Ethic because I assure that all the task given to me will be done in a day. And also I meet my targets for the KPI's.
-I also made sure to maintain a positive relationship with my colleagues, team leads, managers, the higher operations and even the janitors and ---------- is essential to work with harmonious relationship to everyone.
-Given the Adaptability skill, I also made sure to have a positive attitude above all. This helps me to be motivated in my everyday life.
