Profile Description

As a Spanish bilingual candidate with
extensive experience in Customer Service (B2C), Technical Support(B2B/B2C), and
Workforce Planning/Scheduling, as well as with Database Entry and Management, I
am highly skilled in communicating with Customers/Clients and assisting them
professionally with their concerns. I prepare well-researched and accurate
reports, organize busy calendars and emails, data mining, and efficiently
manage daily office tasks, aside from the other side duties which may be
assigned from time to time.
My solid background in those aforementioned
fields has allowed me to produce exceptional performance whether assisting
customers, coupled with excellent customer service skills (written and oral)
and the ability to adapt to challenges and a multicultural environment has
allowed me to successfully deliver exceptional results in my assigned tasks.
I am a graduate with a Bachelor of Science
in Hotel and Restaurant Management with practical training in various fields of
study.
