Profile Description

I have years of experience as a Customer Service Representative. Have worked in different call centers (Business Process Outsourcing companies). Work as a Tier 2 Supervisor for Expedia Travels (An online travel agency and metasearch engine) where we book airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, cruise ships, and vacation packages. More than two years of experience using GDS (Global Distribution System | Amadeus and Sabre) to book, change/cancel a customer's airline ticket. Previously work as a Virtual Assistant at a USA-based dumpster rental company for almost FOUR years. I am working as their Billing Supervisor Accounts Payable/Receivable who handles tickets from our customer support, phone calls, and emails. I am highly motivated and work with integrity in every aspect.
