Hi, I’m Hexelone, you can call me Hex. I’d like to share a quick overview of my experience
I’m a Statistics graduate with over six years of experience working in data analytics and reporting, mainly supporting operations and business teams. A big part of my work has always involved running recurring and ad-hoc reports, working with large datasets, and turning raw data into insights that help teams make better decisions.
In my previous roles as a Data Analytics Specialist, Business Analyst, and BI Developer, I regularly pulled data from multiple sources using SQL, consolidated them in Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI, and made sure everything was accurate before sharing. I’m very used to tracking performance over time, identifying trends, and spotting anything unusual in the data. While I haven’t worked directly with shipment data, I’ve handled operational and financial datasets where I monitored KPIs, productivity, billing, and performance patterns, which follow a very similar approach.
Some of the projects I’ve worked on include building KPI dashboards for medical professionals to track productivity and revenue, and creating financial and operations dashboards for accounting firm clients where I analyzed WIP, billing, and performance trends using SQL and Power BI. I also supported customer satisfaction research by preparing datasets, transforming data using Python, and summarizing insights for reporting.
I’m very comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets for consolidating data and creating reports, and I’ve spent years working with large datasets from different platforms. I also make it a point to double-check and validate my outputs since I know how important accuracy is for business decisions.
Overall, my experience has focused on reporting, trend analysis, and delivering clear insights while working independently and meeting deadlines. I believe these skills align well with the role, especially in supporting operations through consistent, accurate, and easy-to-understand reporting.
