Profile Description

7 years as Executive Assistant/ Admin Assistant is quite challenging for me. As a 2-year graduate student, I didn't take that as a hindrance to working in an office. I always like to challenge myself. Because I always have this on my mind, "Experience is always the best teacher and the worst experiences teach the best lessons." I've learned so much in this industry. Acting as the point of contact among employees, clients, and other external partners. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Well organized, have great time management skills, and is able to act without guidance. Managing office supplies and monthly Upgrade to see actual infoanize and maintain office filing reports. Multi-tasking in answering phone calls, emails, fax & other work-related stuff.  I also want to highlight my skills in sales: customer service skills, Communication skills, Flexibility, and Persistence. Being able to bounce back if I lose a sale will be key to having a smooth sale process.  By the way, I worked for 3 years as a Sales Representative in Big Malls. I'm proud to say that I always hit our monthly quota.
