Profile Description

I started out in technical support for Microsoft, where I helped users troubleshoot issues and learned how to handle problems calmly and clearly. After that, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at TaskUs, supporting customers through calls, chat, and email.

Later on, I moved into a biotech company where I did data entry for prenatal and oncology records. It was very detail-heavy work, and I also got to do some lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator by looking for and identifying relevant contacts.

More recently, I worked as an Influencer Outreach Specialist for a beauty and wellness brand in the U.S. I handled finding influencers, reaching out to them, managing conversations, and helping move partnerships forward.

I’ve realized I enjoy roles where I’m researching, organizing information, and connecting people or opportunities behind the scenes. I’m comfortable with spreadsheets, online tools, and AI tools to help me stay efficient.

Right now, I’m looking for roles in research, lead generation, partnerships, or outreach.
