I have been a Customer Service Representative for the number one Satellite Radio Company in the US and I was promoted as a performance coach in the Retention Department for the same Satellite Radio Company for almost two years. Prior to that, I was working as a Market Researcher for a small company conducting surveys for another two years. Because of these, I was able to instill and maintain a delivery of high standard service, which helps me identify my own needs of improvement.
I'm good in performing accurate web research, managing emails, Customer Service as well as Upselling and order processing. I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. In any case you would need me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't take much time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know now. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
