I am fortunate enough to have crossed different lines of industry. I worked as a professional radio disc jockey while I was in college and even before I reached the age of adulthood. I was around 15 when I started. After that, I became a technical support and customer service representative.Even without much technical background, the experience on the floor and the training I had enabled me to reach the highest level of technical support offered by the clients. I was a publishing consultant for more than a year. During that stint, I helped authors find suitable packages that would maximize the selling potential of their work. I became a licensed financial consultant.After months of training, I earned my Series 6 and Series 63 license. Because of my qualifications, I assisted clients in processing transactions for their portfolios among others.After all the years of experience within the contact center industry, I was able to get into the training department. I was tasked to handle and facilitate classes for diction, intonation, and enunciation. Aside from that, classes were also held to make learners adept at using the English language without sounding robotic or stiff. Global communications were given further emphasis to make the conversations more natural and more personal. This method also enables the representative to be more efficient in handling the call.Years and years of talking made me wonder if I could get my fingers on the keyboard and do a good job. That is the reason why I got to work as a content or article writer for a little less than a year.
