I am a business manager-consultant, corporate secretary and lawyer with years of experience in litigation, civil, criminal, corporate, family, property/real estate, credit and collection, consumer, administrative, election, torts and damages, tax, investment and immigration laws and practice.
As a legal practitioner, I have attended court hearings, examined witnesses on trial, drafted numerous motions and pleadings, legal opinions, forms and contracts, did legal research, discovery and depositions, conducted due diligence for investment and real estate transactions, notarized public documents, and performed corporate secretary functions such as transcribing minutes of board room meetings and drafting board resolutions. I also worked as a legal staff/representative of a senator investigating electoral fraud and doing legal-administrative work in the Philippine Senate Electoral Tribunal.
I have a knack and passion for proofreading and editing legal and non-legal documents, and was a former Features Writer and Associate Editor of a school paper.
