Thank you for viewing my profile. Let me introduce myself and my skills. I'm good at English communication skills both oral and written.
I have a background in customer service for more than 6 years in email, chat, and phone. I was a part of AT&T/DTV where my responsibilities included handling sales and technical support, issuing refunds, and giving discounts or coupons. Also, I got the chance to listen to calls and provide feedback to my transition agent to equip them with knowledge and guide them throughout their career as their consultant. I was also a part of DirecTv where I helped customers with their billing and technical inquiries.
I worked as a sales support for eBay. I handled marketing strategies and product listings. Additionally, I was part of the operations team as a Coach/Team Leader answering Teammates inquiries about the process, handling reports of their progress and metrics, and handled teams that just got transitioned from training to production as a POC to have them ready for their full production task such as taking in calls. Also with the Retail/Marketing Program (Sears) wherein we answer customer inquiries about the product mostly appliances with troubleshooting and installation. Got a chance to be assigned a mentor handling team as their POC/Coach and handling escalation calls. So I have the leadership and management skills to handle any time/work pressure. 
I also worked as a virtual assistant for RocketStation as a Lead Generation Specialist, Doing Market Research, Social Media Manager, Running Comps, Due Diligence, and Skip Tracing.
