I am an experienced Amazon Reimbursement Specialist with a strong background in account recovery, reimbursement auditing, and client support. I began my career as a Recovery Specialist, where I developed expertise in identifying lost, damaged, and unreimbursed inventory cases, helping Amazon sellers recover funds and maximize profitability.
Due to my performance and ability to build strong client relationships, I was promoted to a Client-Facing Support role, where I worked directly with sellers to provide reimbursement insights, account assistance, and strategic recommendations. This role allowed me to bridge the gap between technical reimbursement processes and client success, ensuring a seamless experience for Amazon sellers.
My experience and industry knowledge led to an opportunity to become a Reimbursement Manager for a new reimbursement company, where I helped establish and improve reimbursement operations and contributed to the development of reimbursement systems and processes. Through this role, I have gained extensive knowledge of Amazon FBA reimbursement policies, claim management, workflow optimization, and team leadership.
I am passionate about helping Amazon sellers recover funds they are entitled to while improving operational efficiency through effective reimbursement systems and best practices.
