As my resume demonstrates, from my educational and work experience, I have developed extensive and diverse abilities that will enable me to perform as a strong and flexible Sales Executive for your company. I enjoy working with several order management systems. As a previous Inbound Sales Consultant and Customer Service Associate at Sears Canada for more than two years, I focused on new and existing customer inquiries about their online, over-the-phone and other services. During my previous employment, I was trained to be a universal agent through voice, chat and back office delivering quality sales pitch by probing for the household usage. My responsibility was to set up the services not only what my customer wanted but what they needed. I have also maintained to be one the Team's Top Performers. I make sure that I am updated with the current promotions and get an excellent customer satisfaction rate at the end of the conversation.
