I've been in the food industry for almost six years which made me equipped, organized, versatile and eager for continuous learning. The working techniques I gained from my previous work such as data entry, creating reports, project management, conduct trainings, and customer complaints help me to be suitable for virtual assistant work as well.

As a Virtual and Administrative Assistant I've done different projects like data entry, project management, research, SEO Keywords for blog outline, MS Office Tutorials and create workflows. Moreover, I also handled my logistic and courier business wherein I attend to the company's day to day operation which includes but not limited to: billing and payroll, email management, handling social media and customer service of the company.

I have also worked with tools like Wordpress, Paprika Manager App, Slack, Zoom, Asana, SurferSEO, SEO quake, SEO meta, and Quickbooks. I am also proficient with regards to MS Office and similar tools like Google Docs. Moreover, I can also showcase my love in design by  making creative materials and slideshow in Canva. These tools are only a few of many to be learned about, but with proper training, dedication and hard work I know I can learn new things and achieve my goals.

I am confident that my relevant experiences and capabilities will give me room to excel and perform my duties well while still learn new things to progress further.
