Profile Description

Customer service is my passion, and I have already earned four long years of corporate experience in this field and line of business for both Sales and Healthcare accounts. I also spent more than 4 years working as a remote Medical Biller and A/R Specialist. Also have more than a year of lead generation and appointment setting experience.

Since excellent customer service and meeting targets at the same time can be develop and driven through years of real time experience, I'm convinced that I'm fully equipped to perform closely related task to be an asset to further my client's business growth. However, I'm also passionate about learning new skills that will add value to myself and will be open for new learning and earning opportunity.

I can commit to work full time or part time on weekdays and even on night shifts and extended hours as I used to with my previous company. If given a chance, I am surely willing to incorporate my acquired knowledge in outbound telemarketing and sales, customer service, healthcare and tested work ethics from previous experiences to carry out a good performance for your respective company.
