Customer support has been my forte for nearly a decade now -- mostly done non-voice roles like email, chat & social media support plus a little bit of phone support for companies in the telecommunications industry, home furnishing, e-commerce, other niche markets. Also worked in BPOs for years, so I’m used to fast-paced environments & hitting quality benchmarks.

Email support is my strongest suit when it comes to customer service. I prefer to personalize my emails before sending a given template in order to sound authentic & friendly.

I’ve been refining my prompts to get the most out of outputs since May 2023. ChatGPT works along with me to finish a task in as fast & little work as possible.

When it comes to proofreading, I make it a habit to spell-check during/after typing. Choose the right typeface for the document & properly format everything as I see fit.

I’ve done annotation work on text, images, videos mostly to help train AI models. I regularly follow SOPs & always counter-check before finishing the given task.

These tools are God’s gift in this day & age. I’m now more productive & efficient than ever.

Just like annotating, I was also tasked with moderating short video clips. I’d review each one against specific community guidelines, then make quick & objective calls to see to it the content was appropriate & protect the brand’s reputation.

Photoshop is my go-to for simple edits or advanced graphic design. Nothing comes close in terms of control, flexibility & creative freedom.

I also experiment the use of typography. Choosing the right font family matters to me.

I’ve managed several social media accounts for a teeth whitening company & a wellness coach. With my calendar ready, I don’t forget what to post on Monday.

The foundation of my work experience. I know the basics of simple calculations to formulas on index–matching.

I can type fast (80 WPM with 98 percent accuracy). I not just check but triple-check everything before hitting submit. Accuracy & clean formatting is my thing.
