I have been working as a Customer Service/ Technical Support in the BPO industry for more than 4 years. I have been a representative for the Microsoft Store, United Parcel Services, Upgrade to see actual info, and AT&T.
I've worked with a direct client Upgrade to see actual info in the past two years as well as a Customer Service VA.

My goal is to help you provide world-class customer service and a great customer experience:

I mainly focus on providing top-notch Customer Service through phone, email, and chat. I specialize in managing Social Media accounts by moderating comments, creating and scheduling posts on tUpgrade to see actual info pages. My key skills in eCommerce are handling Shopify order fulfillment, returns, and refunds, and customer engagement.
