- Started Freelancing 2018 and now as an Executive Assistant of a Family Owned Business handles Invoices, scheduling appointment and etc
- Been in BPO industry for more than 6 years.
- Handled different type of Accounts or Campaigns such as Telephone Communications, Banks, Retail Stores, Hotel and Car Reservation and Airlines Reservation. Such as AT&T, J.P. Morgan Chase, Washington Mutual Bank, Sears, Hotwire and
United Airlines.
- Most of the clients that I've handled is more on Customer Service with Upselling task. A bit knowledge of Technical Support and Administrative Task.
