Profile Description

I have been in the mortgage broking industry for more than 4 years now. My experiences include but not limited to end-to-end loan application processing, doing servicing calculations, pre-scenario assessments, valuations, pricing, verifying and analyzing documents, etc. I've worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist for Sales Representatives in an international publishing company. I was evaluating and auditing sales calls for 2 years. Prior to that, I've worked as a Customer Service Representative in the same company for over three years where I was handling authors inquiries and concerns; and educating authors on services scope and business processes via phone and email while fulfilling other administrative tasks. 
I've also worked as a Technical Support Representative for a US cable company where I've managed high inbound and outbound calls; troubleshoot cable, internet, and phone services issues; and processed payments over the phone and assisted with account and billing inquiries.
I've also worked as a sales associate in a physical retail store. After two years, I was promoted to become the store supervisor. I was in-charge of staff scheduling and planning; doing sales trend analysis; presenting sales summary reports; and other managerial tasks.  I have excellent oral and written English communication skills and proficient business email handling skills. I'm adept in multi-tasking and a detail-oriented person. I am self-motivated and has the ability to work independently.
