Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry for more than 5 years and a Vendo credentialing for 2 years. Being in one company for these past years has given me the opportunity to improve my skills both in communication and administrative skills. I have been a Customer Service Representative for years which gave me hands-on experience in talking to different types of customers. I get to learn whole sets of skills such as data gathering, reporting, and analysis. I would like to show my interest in any job positions that will help me develop these skills and more. I do believe that there is no stopping in learning new things.
