Profile Description

I have worked for three companies – first is with Convergys
now known as Concentrix, JP Morgan Chase Bank and Emapta Versatile Philippines.
At Convergys now known as Concentrix I was a Technical/Customer Chat Support
Representative for a year and half, we assist our customers with troubleshooting
their cable subscription, explaining their bills if they have questions about
their bills, upgrading/adding new channel/services, setting up appointment for
a technician to help them with their cable issues.
At JP Morgan Chase I work as their Sr Operations Specialist I
in Home Equity and First Mortgage Department. My first 3 years I was with Home
Equity Department we verify employments of our mortgage applicants, we used
system to verify their employments and if their employer is not on the system
we are using. We do research in looking for the correct and best contact number
to reach their employers. Sometimes applicants provide their employers phone
numbers, but we are still required to verify if the phone number provided is
their employers phone number. We do outbound and inbound calls if the employers
do not verify employment over the phone, we also do written verification thru
fax or email. We were transitioned to First Mortgage Department last 2019, but
then they dUpgrade to see actual info we are not yet needed in this department and dUpgrade to see actual info we will
stay in our department for the meantime. Last May 2020 we were trained again
for the First Mortgage Department again, as a verification of employment
specialist. We almost have the same job process we do outbound and inbound
calls, used the same system to verify employment. But we are using different
systems when pulling up the loans. I was also cross trained to handle Homeowners Insurance, but it was just for a few months, and they dUpgrade to see actual info
my team is still needed in verification of employment team.
