1. Coordinates staff recruitment, selection and deployment process, such as but not limited to:
a. sources qualified candidates;
b. coordinates with teammates in the head office for the vacant staff positions to assist
with job posting;
c. schedules and organizes interviews;
d. participates in applicant interviews;
e. conducts reference checks on possible candidates;
f. conducts exit interviews;
g. processes employee contracts and other relevant documents; and
h. processes ATM application, government forms.
2. Conducts, along with HR Training Personnel, the certified employee orientation (e.g.
introducing personnel, payroll, employment benefits, policies, assisting with enrollment forms,
etc.) for the purpose of ensuring employees are knowledgeable of current practices and
administrative processes as well as completion of forms.
3. Provides support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff, such as
but not limited to:
a. ensures that accurate job descriptions are in place and that each employee has
acknowledge their respective job descriptions;
b. provides advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations;
c. coordinates with the authorized evaluators on the administration of performance
review; and
d. provides staff orientations.
4. Monitors staff performance, attendance activities and compliance to company policies and
procedures, such as but not limited to:
a. monitors daily attendance;
b. coordinates with Labor Relations Unit on disciplinary actions; and
c. monitors status of employment.
5. Facilitates Government and Company Benefits.
6. Processes and monitors posting of government remittances.
7. Processes and coordinates with HR-HO relevant documents such as Manpower Requisition
Forms, Regularization Documents, Employee Transfer, Change of Position Title or Work
Assignment, Change of Employee Status, Notice of End of Contract, Personnel Action Notice,
Summary Lists, Employee Contracts and others relevant documents.
8. Verifies attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated
records. Keeps track of leave time, such as vacation, sick leave and others.
9. Monitors and provides HR weekly, monthly and annual reports. Maintains file records, updates
and secures 201 files.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
