Profile Description

I've been a virtual assistant for 4 years now. I work using spreadsheets as I gather some information from different websites and companies. I can also deal with customers patiently when they come stumped and frustrated, and I make sure to take the time to truly figure out what they want. I also have the ability to really listen to customers and use positive language to make them feel comfortable. Despite that, the bottom line is that there is a limit, and I'm always concerned with getting customers what they want in an efficient manner. Of course, I don't want to lose any clients especially if I really exert my efforts looking for that client. I can also manage to do web research and Social Media Management.
