Profile Description

I am responsible for managing everything virtually and physically. I am acting as a personal assistant to the client and helping in managing things promptly, gathering and verifying paperwork for the project assigned to me, and promoting the company with all my heart. I am a master in doing various tasks such as social media management, traditional marketing, and database management. I am great at providing customer service support, and handling customer questions, problems, and concerns via email and phone or online chat service. I can also manage daily orders, returns, and exchanges, utilizing clients' order processing software systems, adding new products, and updating current products on the client website. I also do research this includes research on events, travel, and projects depending on what the client needs. I also love to create presentations, posters, or simple video editing using Canva which can be helpful in promoting the products or services of the company.
