Profile Description

I've helped customers with their questions and issues through email and on the phone. Whether they want to know more about one of our products and services, are having trouble with their account, or need technical help, my rule is to always be polite and quick to respond. Just as well, I've welcomed new customers as they get started using our app for their business. I've been the one to show them around and answer any questions they have about how it all works. I also keep an eye on our inbox for messages from customers and make a point to direct messages to the right people, who will then sort through them based on how urgent they are. If customers have reported issues, I include the details in a big sheet of issues and keep them updated on how we're doing. And if there's something I can't sort out myself, I ask my managers for help, so we can all work together to solve it.
