Profile Description

I started with being a customer service representative and worked myself up to being a tier 2 or SME (Subject Matter Exper) for my previous company. I focused my learning on both technical and customer service via voice calls but mostly via emails and chat support. I'm also good at using microsoft office, Excel and Word to be exact. Also had experience with photoshop and web designing using front page, made websites for a couple of friends but not necessarily for business.
I mainly focus on working side by side with my clients to help them build their company/business. I'm also a well trained individual with minimal supervision who can manage all tasks. I'm also keen on time management, I make it a point that I maximize my time by finishing my duties before the end of my shift, but if needed I can add additional overtime to keep the job done.
