My name is Mitch and I believe that in this job, I need to be more competitive in any way possible to stay in the game. As a newbie, I see to it that I expand my learnings and skills by enrolling myself in freelancing courses that will help me be more equipped in my chosen niche. I may not have experience in online freelancing yet, but I already gained experience as a sales auditor and as a retail manager in the corporate and fashion retail industry. I have been exposed to different nationalities and dealt with different cultures that gave me opportunities not just to enhance my skills and knowledge, but also to develop my leadership style. Most businesses are looking for more credentials before they hire a member of their team. But I believe that the right attitude towards work and perseverance can go a long way and these traits can be found in newbies like me, as we are more passionate and dedicated to proving our worth to the company we will be employed in.
