Profile Description

I started working at AMA Education system as a registrar and stayed there for a decade. My main responsibility was to keep and update students' records. Year 2007 I tried getting a spot in the BPO industry and lucky enough, I was hired as a Technical Support Representative. I enjoyed working in BPO and unknowingly spent 11 years of my life in the industry. But sometimes, you need to move out of your comfort zone to grow. I left all my friends and started working alone as a Virtual Assistant, then became a Transaction Coordinator. At first, I doubted if I made the right decision but my client never stopped assuring me, by his gestures and kindness that I was in the right direction. I started to feel comfortable working alone. The appeal of working from home motivated me to commit to this industry until retirement
My knowledge in record-keeping and updating databases, my love for helping and giving excellent services to customers, and not to mention my multitasking skills while giving a hundred percent attention to details are assurance that I am fit for the position I am applying for.
My expertise and knowledge in real estate transactions, from contract to close, is my leverage to get hired.
