I have been immersed in the BPO industry since 2001, with a large focus on transcription. I have honed my English proficiency throughout my career by listening to audio recordings and interacting with clients and colleagues. This experience has not only solidified my skills in transcription but also broadened my knowledge in quality assurance and CRM systems, including Salesforce, SalesPage, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot.I have also served as an overseeing manager, handling project and account management and ensuring that daily deadlines are met. My responsibilities include extensive client correspondence via phone and email, maintaining spreadsheets and documents using Google Docs and Microsoft 365, and managing various forms. I also had a brief stint as a scheduler during my tenure with my most recent employer, Hey DAN (formerly known as Dial-A-Note).On a personal note, I have been exploring WordPress and Canva and continuously developing my writing and design skills ( ---------- ). I have started a blog about being a transwoman in the Philippines, a topic that holds great significance to me. Through my blog, I aim to make my voice heard in my unique way. At this point in my career, I am seeking a job where I can not only apply my skills to contribute effectively but also learn and develop both professionally and personally. I firmly believe that my extensive experience in the BPO industry has provided me with a strong foundation that I can leverage as a virtual assistant. The principles I always abide by include candid and respectful confrontation, putting my signature on all I do, and tackling the most challenging tasks first to make everything else a breeze.
