I've done mostly as a technical support for different company like Hewlett Packard, Microsoft -Windows 8 and Windows 10. The in's and out's of troubleshooting while adhering to resolve customer issues. Hardware and software of computer issues for both desktop and laptop. I also have knowledge with Basic Accounting since I have been part of Intuit Technical Support. I've also done escalation calls since I manage agents in BPO. I also have a vast knowledge with G Suite. Handling domains, email management. Done several cold calling for US real state and lead generation. I have strong organizational and problem-solving skills. I am self motivated and can work both independently and as a collaborative teaUpgrade to see actual infomber and has a strong work ethic.
