A competent, easily-adaptable marketing and communications professional with a demonstrated history of working in the BPO customer service industry, virtual assistance, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, real estate, financial, print media, and software/IT industries
In college, I was the editor-in-chief of our university's student publication from my junior year until I graduated. I also worked as a Marketing/PR writer in a local daily for my internship. During my stay in a leading call center company in the Philippines, I launched and managed the official newsletter of our Program/Account which we published bi-weekly and released the issue through the Program's Microsoft Outlook. While in my branding management employment, I frequently wrote the copy for my brands' radio ads, print ads, online ads, and press releases. In terms of speaking English, I had, for some time, participated a Toastmasters' club. And of course, working in a call center (with inbound calls) which required me to provide troubleshooting assistance and customer care to Americans and excelling in it proved that I have a very satisfactory English-speaking ability.
Experienced brand marketer with exemplary performance in the pharmaceutical, real estate, and financial industries. Most recently, I was the Marketing Manager for a local Software Company wherein I managed the rebranding of the business image.
Because brand management is an encompassing job, I was exposed to and trained to understand the financial capabilities, as well as the management positions of my employer. I've also undergone training in financial planning including insurance and investing, and have successfully secured my agent's license and certification in the Insurance Commission and Registered Financial Planners of the Philippines.
My experience in technical support for almost two years exposed me to customer service and proper documentation, while I acquired my skills on event planning, research and time management during my brand marketing employment.
