Profile Description

I am a senior recruiter with professional experience in recruitment, and in leading a team of recruiters, sourcing specialists, and onboarding specialist. Currently, I head up a team of remote sourcing specialists from the Philippines and South Africa. I work for an executive search agency that recruits C-suite and senior leadership candidates for Fortune 500 as well as PE companies.

I have previous experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at a US Healthcare PEO. I helped the talent acquisition teaUpgrade to see actual infoet the hiring demands of the company and its clients by conducting the end-to-end process of recruitment for US candidates — from sourcing leads to filtering based on our standard processes up until facilitating discussions.

I have also worked as a voice financial customer service associate for nine (9) months at a US Financial Company. I underwent training and passed the Series 6 and Series 63 license exams. I handled transactions and liquidations of holdings as well as simple tax questions for annuity policies. 

I also had experience working as an assistant: setting meetings, organizing schedules, preparing and coordinating programs and events, and responding to comments and emails. I have strong interpersonal, organizational, leadership and research skills. I am proficient in using G-suite, MS Office and Outlook. I am versatile and learn easily.
