Profile Description

I have a very good English skills both writing and speaking. I have worked as a Customer service representative/Telemarketer for a year and a Virtual assistant to a Realtor and a broker for two years.
I have also worked as a ghost writer for a short period of time. With all these experiences, I developed my confidence in speaking with American and English people. I have experience in CRMs, Google Adwords, Wordpress, Social media marketing and business listings, ads posting in Craigslist and other ad posting sites. I am also knowledgeable about Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, etc. In addition, I have good knowledge about Google and its applications such as Gmail, Gtalk, Google voice, Google plus, Adwords and Google drive.
