I can manage a business, coordinate goods, and manage a team through coaching, performance management, and data analysis. I can also handle meeting scheduling, customer service inbound, outbound, email, chat, and Linkedin recruitment using Linkedin recruiter (IT, PARALEGAL, ATTORNEY, SOFTWARE DEVELOPER, RCM, Sales People Healthcares, Travel Nurse, etc.). I also work in a home care agency where we hire different positions like RN, CNA, LPN, CMA, etc. I have experience using different VOIP services like AT&T, Google Voice, Ring Central, and Vonage. I am familiar with CRMs like Upgrade to see actual info, Asana, Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc. I also have experience in personal injury and medical cases for a law firm in California, requesting medical records, calling facilities or patients, drafting authorizations, and arranging records.
I've worked in a variety of positions. I can be an inbound, outbound, chat, or email assistant and conduct internet research, generate leads, and organize leads. I also manage social media, Airbnb and Upgrade to see actual info listings, finding vendors, and Shopify, eBay, and Amazon listings. I started in the BPO industry as a customer service representative and worked my way up to team manager. My total work experience is eight years, all of which were spent in the US time zone.
