I am familiar with CRMs like Upgrade to see actual info, Asana, Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc. I also have experience in personal injury and medical cases for a law firm in California, requesting medical records, calling facilities or patients, drafting authorizations, and arranging records.
I've worked in a variety of positions. I can be an inbound, outbound, chat, or email assistant and conduct internet research, generate leads, and organize leads.
