Profile Description

I have over 5 years of experience working in the B.P.O industry and I have handled different campaigns and accounts from my previous centers which really taught me well to be more equipped and to be more productive in all my ways. I was a technical support representative for a big cable and internet company and was promoted as a flex-trainer for that same account. And I dUpgrade to see actual info to transfer to a new company where I was a sales and customer service representative in the second B.P.O company where I worked for 1 year. And I also have a long time of experience in dialing outbound campaigns as an appointment setter and outbound sales representative.
