Profile Description

I work as an Amazon Virtual Assistant supporting end-to-end e-commerce operations. My tasks include managing product listings, optimizing titles and bullet points, handling flat file uploads, and fixing listing issues like suppressed ASINs and variation errors.

I also work closely with Amazon Seller Support by creating and managing cases to resolve backend issues and make sure product information shows correctly on the detail page. I also help with pricing accuracy, monitoring listing performance, and keeping everything aligned with Amazon guidelines.

I’ve worked on A+ Content (Basic and Premium), Brand Story, and Amazon Storefront setup and updates, helping improve how products are presented and perform. I also handle country-specific listings and marketplace updates to make sure everything is properly localized.

Over time, this role has helped me improve my communication, responsiveness, and overall reliability when working with clients and teams. I make sure tasks are done properly and on time, even when handling multiple responsibilities.
