From 2021 to January 2026, I worked as an Executive Assistant, managing multiple calendars and inboxes (for 8 Managing Directors), internal coordination, reports, and daily administrative operations. I understand how important it is for leaders to have someone they can fully trust to stay organized and keep things moving behind the scenes.

I specialize in calendar (35-50 calendar meeting request and can resolve schedule conflicts) and email management (200+ emails in a day), meeting coordination, follow-ups, document preparation, data tracking, research, and CRM updates. I am highly organized, proactive during slow periods, and I take initiative to create trackers, improve workflows, and prepare templates that save time long-term. I don’t wait to be told what to do, I look for ways to stay useful and make systems better.
