Profile Description

I’ve spent the last 10 years working in the outsourcing industry. I started in customer service, where you quickly learn how to deal with all kinds of people, and later moved into digital marketing, working with clients from different parts of the world.

Over the years, I’ve also taken on people management and leadership roles, helping guide teams, solve problems, and keep everyone moving toward the same goals.

I have solid experience in audio and video editing, and I also do graphic design (Canva/Adobe Photoshop – book covers, flyers, brochures, newsletters, logos). I can build websites using WordPress/HTML5 and upload them via FTP, and I also have SEO skills to help sites get noticed.

I’ve written several articles for a travel company, and have experience as a social media specialist, helping businesses grow their online presence and boost marketing and sales. I’m also familiar with Amazon Seller Central, including product research, listing optimization, customer service, FBA, and FBM. I work well independently and can figure things out with minimal supervision.

Outside of work, I’m a big book lover and a published fiction author with three books, one of which was featured at the Manila International Book Fair in 2023. I’m also very interested in psychology and human behavior, which helps me in communication, marketing, leadership, and storytelling — all areas that revolve around understanding people.

If there’s anything I can help with, it would be communication strategies, digital marketing, customer experience, people management, and leadership. I enjoy sharing ideas on how to connect with people better and how teams can work well together.

I’m currently working full-time for a private company but looking for a part-time role. I’m available 4 hours a day between 1 PM to 9 PM PST, and I can also do weekends if needed.
