Profile Description

I am very capable and a fast learner, and my strengths lie in communication, critical thinking, and customer service. I have above average communication skills -- a C2/Mastery CEFR level with the English language, the highest classification possible for non-native speakers. It is an indispensable skill to research, good writing and proofreading, basic transcribing (transcription), anywhere where an in-depth understanding of the language and/or culture is concerned. I like to learn new things and as long as it’s not too complicated, I will find a way to learn it. (Fortunately, most computer applications are designed to be user-friendly. )

For work experience, I served for about three years as Frontline Reception for Dribbin and Brown Criminal Lawyers, a Defense Law Firm based in Victoria Australia. Sadly, there was a marked drop in calls, and so I had to be let go. A referral letter from the Partner of the firm can be provided upon request. I have worked as an Administrative Assistant (specifically as Client Support Specialist) for about 10 months for Patra Corp, a company that provides services to Insurance companies. Before that, I have worked as Email Support for about one and a half years for ---------- . I also served as a Customer Service Agent (Voice Account) for about two years for an international chain of hotels (Intercontinental Hotels Group)
