Duties and Responsibilities as an I.T Support Specialist 
Provide technical support, assistance for 250+ users in head office and project sites to ensure that all the workstations,servers, printers & network printers, and peripherals are intact and
properly working. 
Configures and setup computer hardware, software, printers and scanners, etc.
Repair the computer equipment and replacing the parts.
Responsible for the diagnosis and troubleshooting of IT resources.  
Plans and undertakes scheduled maintenance and upgrades of IT resources. 
Maintain a database system through servers.
Back up of Program Database, File Attachment & Working files server.
Set-up, configure and monitor Local Area Network (LAN), Wireless Area Network(WLAN), Virtual Lan (VLAN) on L2 and L3 Smart Managed Switch, Cisco IP Telephony, Load Balancing Router and VPN Service Router.
Coordinate with IT Admin for the approval of the IT Request, concerns and plan upgrades.
Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting of Network Infrastructure.    
Responsible for the Maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancement of the Company Website.
