Profile Description

I have spent 13 solid years with the BPO industry. I am very confident that I have done a great job as I have been granted promotion too. Apart from the commendations I get from customers. I am a firm believer of giving the best TLC to customers who are upset, frustrated or simply just needing some assistance.

Apart from being on the phone, I have also been assigned to do some desk jobs when I got promoted from being a Customer Service agent to a Performance Coach. I make daily reports on the performance of our new hires. Also, I make training modules that are to be used on our training classes.

With my experience, I can confidently say that I am a very hardworking person. I give my best in every task assigned to me. I may not know a lot about the tools being used online right now. But I can give assurance that I give my best to learn new things.
