I'm a customer service representative from a Telco account, worked there for 4 years. Currently working on huge online retail company. I know how to handle customer's inquiry and I always make sure they will be happy with what I provided them. I was an undergraduate of IT-course, which makes me familiar with Word, Excel and other programs like that.
