I've been in the BPO industry for almost 9 years now. Most of my experiences are focused on customer service, email support. and sales.
I am a flexible individual a fast learner, and resourceful. A kinesthetic learner but keen into details especially when it comes to proposals and product ---------- my 9 years of experience, I learned how to balance being transactional, and empathic at the same time. Making the other party satisfy with the service that we provide, without compromising the policies and interests of the company.
The more the pressure the situation is, the more calm and focused I become. I have goals that I will surely meet in this lifetime. I'm looking forward to share with you my skills, knowledge and experiences that I have earned for the past 9 years of my professional career.
