Profile Description

I excel in writing articles, managing reports, content creation, and creating ads since I have experience working as a Social Media Manager, Virtual Assistant and Admin Assistant. 

In addition, since I'm a previous Customer Service Representative/Trainer for three years I always make sure that I'll be able to serve clients/customers with satisfaction, I have a high understanding of how to handle customers/clients with professionalism.

I started our online food business as well which helps me develop my marketing strategy, write my own detailed plan, and was able to develop my photography skills to advertise on our Facebook page. I also had a 1 year experienced as a Virtual Assistant and a 6 months experience as a Social Media Manager which helps me to expand my skills and knowledge. 

Accuracy proficiency, service satisfaction, and great communication skills are my primary aims in rendering jobs to every client that I will work for.


I have a reliable computer background, good problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills, and language proficiency, being highly organized, and hard-working and I can work under pressure.
