Profile Description

I am a Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) and experience in IT support, web research, data entry, administrative support, and technical troubleshooting. I am passionate about learning new skills and helping businesses improve their operations through reliable and detail-oriented work.

During work immersion at Tabaco Water District, where I assisted with IT support and developed foundational HTML skills. I also participated in the Joint Development Voucher Program, where I received practical training in computer assembly and disassembly, hardware maintenance, operating system installation, and basic network troubleshooting.

In addition, during my internship at Albay Agro-Industrial Development Corporation (ALINDECO), I gained hands-on experience in desktop maintenance, computer hardware troubleshooting, network setup, technical support, and system administration. I also contributed to the company's digital transformation by developing an internal Purchasing Requisition (PR) Tracking System and a QR-based Inventory System using Laravel.

Beyond technical support, I have experience working with performing website updates, content editing, and resolving basic website issues. I am proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, online research, and data organization. I am comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and delivering accurate results with minimal supervision.
