Profile Description

For the past 5 years, I worked as a Virtual Assistant for a direct company based in the US. I was assigned as their Finance Representative, handling the company's accounts payable and receivables. I've also worked in the BPO industry for at least 10 years, and with this, I have handled different accounts and different roles. I am very confident in dealing with people from different races, providing them assistance with their banking, insurance, and technical needs. I have an experience as a Customer Service representative for an American Banking and Telecommunications Account. I have assisted customers with their credit card issues and have assisted them with their billing concerns. I also have a little background in phone sales. I also have experience as a Technical Support Representative, I have assisted customers with their internet and phone connection issues meaning I know basic troubleshooting. I also handled the Australian Car Insurance accounts so I also know about assisting customer with their basic car insurance needs and queries. In handling this account I also had a chance to be an Outbound Customer Support, calling customers and making sure their car insurance is resolved and handled as soon as possible. I am looking to be a great asset to a company primarily in a role that deals with Customer Support. I have mastered this skill and am confident in communicating with customers and adapting well to using different tools needed for customer support.
