I also have experience as a Technical Support Representative, I have assisted customers with their internet and phone connection issues meaning I know basic troubleshooting. I also handled the Australian Car Insurance accounts so I also know about assisting customer with their basic car insurance needs and queries. In handling this account I also had a chance to be an Outbound Customer Support, calling customers and making sure their car insurance is resolved and handled as soon as possible. I am looking to be a great asset to a company primarily in a role that deals with Customer Support.
