My work experience revolves around customer service, talent acquisition, and sales and marketing, with roughly 10 years of combined experience. That being said, I believe these all come down to delivering great customer experience, which I consider to be my greatest contribution.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
I started recruiting local talent when I became a team leader for a job website. After moving to the BPO industry, I began recruiting for various roles for foreign clients and was later promoted to Talent Acquisition Supervisor. In this role, I now manage online recruitment portals and ensure our presence on social media.
