Profile Description

I worked as a UGC & Influencer Manager sourcing creators from USA and EU. I handled different niches like Beauty, Food Supplements, Oral Hygiene products, Eye glasses, Pet Supplements, food baskets, child carrier and protein bars. My daily job is to source, vet and negotiate with creators. I’ve also worked with more than a hundred UGC creators for different brands.

Working as a real estate cold caller and lead generation specialist, reaching out to owners who wanted to sell their property.

I worked in a BPO industry for almost 4 years (3 years and 10 months):

Telemarketer/ CSR - did outbound calls to different countries from South East Asia, AU, and NZ.

Client Service Executive - I directly communicate with the client regarding their campaign that we are handling. Other may call this as email marketing.

Subject Matter Expert - I train new hired employees. Train on the do’s and don’ts during a call, proper rebuttals, and proper call handling.

Data Entry Specialist - research, copy and paste data from the websites to the spreadsheet.

Virtual Assistant - cold call some leads and/or prospects, schedule a meeting with the boss, manage email and calendar to make sure schedules are not messed up, and update data base for leads’ basic information.
