Profile Description

I’ve been working in BPO industry for the past 15 years and only in 3 reputable companies. Meaning I stayed in the company for as long as I can and make sure that I contribute my skills and willingness as an employee. Also, I had working experience as Virtual Assistant fot real estate and University admin. But prior to that, I’ve trained myself in food industry as well. When I was at my younger age and don’t have any experience at all but worked hard to have experience in customer service which I am now excellent at.
My skill includes taking and making calls, forwarding or sending data required by my employer.
I have worked with clients and customers from United States for 6 years, local customers for 2 years and now with Australian, Asian and British customers since 2014.
I prioritize work and my family above all. I think both should work together that is why as a working mother I am working hard to look for a good and competitive home based job that can help my family and my career at the same time.
