Profile Description

I used to work as an inventory clerk where I have developed my skills in MS Excel or Gsheets as well as the MS Word where I used to email our clients about the status of their purchase or orders. 
I also worked in an Integrated Resort where I handled VIP players and customers with their needs and necessities and the latest job I had was as a customer service representative or call center agent wherein I assist customers on their requests and complaints regarding about their purchased devices and services.
I am used on working under pressure and multi-tasking.
Due to the pandemic and the company retrenchment of my previous employer I applied to BPO Industry as a customer service representative under a telco account where in I activates and provide service to customers devices,troubleshooting of the network and billing system, warehouse concerns, upsell and handled customers complaints and make a report about it.
I have d ---------- to quit my job due to I have to attend to my daughter.
I would like to start a new career where I can build new experiences and acquire more knowledge and have a balance life as I work at the comfort of our home together with my family.
