Those work experiences include work from home and office based. I enjoyed four years of solid experience in field of Business Process Outsourcing, including experience in Customer Service, Sales Account and Logistics account . I was able to deliver success in every accounts. During my last position as customer service representative , I was responsible for handling their issues such as phone troubleshooting, prepaid inquiry, refunds, and I was able to provide excellent customer service.I am very keen to take new responsibilities with high challenges, I am a fast learner and can adapt new situations, moving from Sales Representative to a Customer Support Representative with success made in each position. I possess a good quality of a Customer Service Representative and Sales Support wherein I have my soft skills to communicate to customers, well- organized, reliable, and excellent in time management.
